BOARD CHAIRMAN

Richard J. Campo. Richard Campo is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Camden Property Trust. Mr. Campo has served in this capacity since May 1993. As the Chairman and CEO of one of the nation's largest multifamily Real Estate Investment Trusts, Mr. Campo holds strategic roles within the real estate industry. He serves on the Executive Board as Vice Chairman for the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), is an Executive Committee Member for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and sits on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).
Mr. Campo began his real estate career after graduating from Oregon State University in 1976. After working for a private Houston real estate company, Mr. Campo co-founded Camden's predecessor companies in 1982 and has spent almost 25 years building a company of great people that are renown for their management proficiency, their development and construction capabilities and their savvy in the areas of technology, training and marketing. He has led the development, management, acquisition and disposition of real estate properties valued in excess of $10 billion; and under his leadership, Camden has grown from a Texas-based real estate firm with assets valued at $200 million in 1993 to an industry leader with a national footprint and assets valued at more than $7 billion.
As an active participant in the Houston community, Mr. Campo is involved in numerous local charitable organizations such as the Alexis de Tocqueville Society Steering Committee, a United Way organization. He was recently honored for his support of the Irvin Kaplan Children's Scholarship Fund, which benefits children of all religious and ethnic backgrounds in need of financial assistance for infant care, day care, summer camp and special needs programs offered at the Jewish Community Center.
Mr. Campo serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations that focus on the economic development, business outlook and future growth of Houston, including the Center of Houston's Future, Central Houston, Inc., Buffalo Bayou Partnership and the Greater Houston Community Foundation. Mr. Campo is also the Chairman of the Houston Convention Center Hotel Corporation and the former Finance Committee Chair, Secretary and Treasurer for the Harris County Houston Sports Authority, which was responsible for the design, development, financing and construction of Houston's baseball stadium, Minute Maid Park, Reliant Center, which hosted the 2004 NFL Super Bowl XXXVIII, and the Toyota Center, home of the Houston Rockets.
Mr. Campo is a frequent speaker on real estate and development related topics for both industry-related and non-industry conferences and associations and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Gregory J. Armstrong.
Mr. Armstrong is responsible for the management, acquisition, disposition and financing of WEDGE Group's real estate portfolio, which includes investments in hotels, office buildings, industrial warehouse and climate controlled self storage properties. Prior to assuming his current role in 2000, Mr. Armstrong served as Chief Financial Officer of WEDGE Group Incorporated, a diversified private equity firm with holdings in real estate, energy services, engineering/construction and a substantial publicly held equity portfolio. Mr. Armstrong has over twenty five years of experience in accounting, tax and financial consulting, including over eight years with national public accounting firms. Mr. Armstrong graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accountancy. He as been active in several other community organizations, including former chairman and president of The Park People, member of the Downtown Houston Alliance Board and board member and chief financial officer for the Houston Katrina/Rita Fund. Mr. Armstrong also served as Chairman of Mayor Brown's Convention Hotel Advisory Group in 1999, which recommended the City move forward with the development of the convention hotel. Mr. Armstrong serves as chairman of the Operations Committee and is a member of the Sales and Marketing Committee.

Dr. Judith Craven.
Dr. Craven is the retired president of the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast. Past professional appointments include chief of anesthesia for Riverside General Hospital, director of public health for the City of Houston, dean of the University of Texas School of Allied Health Sciences. Current boards include Luby's, A.H. Belo Corporation, Sysco, and Variable Annuity Life Insurance Corporation. Dr. Craven serves as a member on the Operations Committee.

Charles L. Drayden.
Mr. Drayden is engaged in the private practice of law. He specializes in the areas of complex commercial transactions, governmental relations, estate planning, commercial litigation and alternate dispute resolution. Mr. Drayden was formerly with the Wachovia Trust Company where he served as Vice President and Fiduciary Specialist for Greater Houston and South Texas. He has previously held positions with Drayden & Associates, P.C., JGCP Consulting Group, LLC and various private practices. He is a member of numerous bar associations, and recipient of many honors, including the Distinguished Service Award from the Houston Lawyers Association, for which he served as president in 1994-95. He is a former board member of the Houston International Festival and Project Row Houses. Mr. Drayden has a B.A. from Rice University and a J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Mr. Drayden serves as a member of both the Audit and the Sales and Marketing Committee.

John G. Garza. Mr. Garza is an attorney with a private practice in Houston, and has been a licensed attorney since 1983. Previously a name partner with the tax law firm which represented the City of Houston, Mr. Garza has represented municipal and local governments for 15 years. He is the founder and board chairman of the Greater North Houston Chamber of Commerce and is a board member of the Fourth Ward Tax Reinvestment Zone and Redevelopment Authority. He is also a member of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Garza serves as a member on both the Operations Committee and the Audit Committee. | |

Moez S. Mangalji.
Mr. Mangalji is principal and
partner of the Westmont Hospitality Group which consists of a diversified portfolio of limited and full service hotels and other real estate located throughout the United States. Mr. Mangalji is involved in numerous organizations including, the Greater Houston Partnership, American Hotel and Lodging Association, Holocaust Museum Houston, Young Presidents Organization and the Asian American Studies Center at University of Houston. He also served as past president of the Ismaili Council for Southwestern United States. Mr. Mangalji serves as a member of the Sales and Marketing Committee.

David L. Solomon.
David Solomon serves as Chairman and CEO of Condera Advisors, a wealth management firm worth over one billion dollars under management in traditional and alternative asset classes. Prior to founding Condera Mr. Solomon was founder and Chairman/CEO of the Redstone Companies, a diversified hospitality and real estate company. Mr. Solomon serves on the Board of Directors of Green Bank and Commerciant Corporation. Mr. Solomon is involved in numerous charitable and social organizations including Make A Wish Foundation, Houston Achievement Place, National Jewish Medical and Research Center, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and past president of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Mr. Solomon has recently been honored by the Jewish Community Center Scholarship Ball and as Humanitarian of the Year by the National Jewish Medical and Research Center. Mr. Solomon serves as chairman of the Sales and Marketing Committee and is a member of the Operations Committee.

Joe Ting.
Mr. Ting is vice chairman of Metro Bank and president of West Plaza Management, a commercial property management and investment firm he founded in 1988. Mr. Ting is a member of Mayor's Advisory Board for International Affairs (Asia). He is also a member of the Houston Committee on Foreign Relations. Mr. Ting serves as chairman of the Audit Committee.

Nicole C. West.
Mrs. West is President and CEO of NCA Investigations, 1st Alert EMS, and Westco Ventures, LLC. She is involved in numerous local charitable organizations such as Jack and Jill of America and Alpha KAppa Sorority Incorporated. She is a member of the National Association of Investigative Specialists, Houston Claims Association, Texas Board of Private Investigators, and Risk and Insurance Management Society. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Julia C. Hester House, and The Ensemble Theatre. Gala chair and fund raiser for numerous community events and recipient of many honors, including the 2nd Annual Onyx Style Magazine Best Dressed and Community Oriented Award, 2006 Houston's 40 under 40 award winner, and DBA Business Media Magazine's 2008 Honoree-Moms Who Mean Business. Ms. West serves as a member of the Sales and Marketing Committee.

Dawn Ullrich. Ms. Ullrich serves as the board president. She is director of the City of Houston's Convention & Entertainment Facilities Department, responsible for management of the George R. Brown Convention Center, Wortham Theater Center, Jones Hall and a host of other properties and parking facilities. Ms. Ullrich serves as member of both the Sales and Marketing Committee and the Operations Committee. |

Peter McStravick. Mr. McStravick is HCCHC's chief operating officer and treasurer. Previously, he was deputy controller of finance for the City of Houston and supervised the City's debt management program for five years in the Finance and Administration Department. Mr. McStravick serves as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Sales and Marketing Committee.

Brenda Bazan. Ms. Bazan serves as the Public Funds Investment Officer. She is a Certified Public Accountant and the Deputy Director of the City of Houston's Convention & Entertainment Facilities Department - Support Services Division, responsible for the management of Budget & Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Procurement. The department is responsible for the management of the George R. Brown Convention Center, Wortham Theater Center, Jones Hall, and a host of other properties and parking facilities. Ms. Bazan serves as a member of the Audit Committee. |

Dolores Kerr. Ms. Kerr is HCCHC's accounting administrator and corporate secretary. Previously, she was with the City of Houston in the Convention & Entertainment Facilities Department for five years. She originally joined the project in 2000 as an assistant to the project coordinator.
